Help with the small things that keep your practice moving.
Contact support@noonwake.com. Please share your app version, device and a brief description. Never send a password, verification code, full payment receipt or private journal.
Use an email verification code or Sign in with Apple from Me → Account & cloud. Check your spam folder if an email is delayed. Use the same sign-in method to return to the same account.
Cloud sync is your choice. Choose Upload or Restore in Account; signing in alone does not upload your local journal. This Starot app uses separate accounts and does not import legacy Starot purchases or data.
All digital purchases are processed by Apple. Me → Membership & coins shows your balance and plans. After an interrupted purchase, keep the same Starot account and Apple account, then choose Restore Purchases. Please do not purchase again just to clear a delivery error.
Use Manage Apple Subscriptions to change or cancel automatic renewal. Deleting the app or Starot account does not cancel an Apple subscription. For an Apple refund request, use Apple’s purchase support.
Use your actual birth location and its time zone. If you do not know the birth time, turn that switch off; Starot will not claim a precise rising sign or house-based awakening.
Open Guidebooks from Home. Choose a theme, name a real matter, explore a chapter, try a small action and return to notice what changed. A failed generation is not charged. Saved chapters remain available in your library.
Podcasts have a full player, scrubbing and chapter markers. Chinese and English are separate recordings. Change language in Me; your own writing stays as you wrote it.
AI processing and using saved memories have separate controls. The chat birth-chart switch controls whether calculated positions accompany that conversation. You can stop future processing without losing your local writing.
Delete individual memories and matters in the app. To delete your account, sign in recently and use Me → Account & cloud → Delete account. Local account records and sessions are removed first; related AI records are then cleared by a background task. The app shows the actual progress. Necessary financial records may be retained.
If you cannot sign in, email support from the address associated with your account to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify ownership. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

AI 处理、记忆引用与对话星盘引用可以分别控制。删除账户前需近期重新登录；提交后会撤销会话并清除个人内容，Dify 记录由后台继续擦除，应用显示真实进度。如无法登录，请由关联邮箱联系支持。
购买中断后，在同一 Starot 与 Apple 账户下选择“恢复购买”，不要为排除报错重复付款。取消自动续订请打开“管理 Apple 订阅”；删除账户不等于取消订阅。
首页“宝典”进入成长书库：选主题、写具体事项、阅读章节、做一个行动，再记录变化。出生时间未知时请关闭对应开关。中英播客是分别录制的音频；语言在“我的”中切换。
