Starot is provided by NOONWAKE TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED, Hong Kong, to adults 18+. Astrology and optional symbolic content support reflection. AI can be wrong and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, investment or legal advice, or guarantee future events.
Use your own account. You retain rights to your content and permit processing only as needed for the sync, AI and audio features you choose. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or unauthorized sensitive content.
All digital purchases use Apple In-App Purchase, with the localized final price shown by Apple. Coins are consumable virtual credits with no cash or transfer value. Fixed-term memberships do not renew automatically. Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple controls billing and refunds. Manage subscriptions in system settings and restore eligible purchases in the app. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions. Refunds revoke the corresponding entitlements; spent refunded coins may restrict your balance.
Calls require separate audio/visual consent and use Alibaba Cloud Model Studio's Qwen realtime model in Singapore for this release. Every signed-in account may make up to three calls per UTC day, each up to ten minutes, with no additional coin charge in this version. Upstream connection or configuration failures do not count as connected calls. These allowances are limited and do not guarantee availability or accuracy. Photos require preview and explicit sending; camera sharing starts only at your request and sends approximately one frame per second. Share only content you have the right to provide. Hang up, stop camera sharing, revoke consent or switch to text at any time. Starot does not persist raw call audio or visual media; captions and memories are retained only when you explicitly save them. Calls support reflection and are not emergency, diagnostic or prediction services.
Review or testing grants identify their source, expiry and quantity. They are separate free entitlements, not Apple transactions, and never automatically renew or charge you. Complimentary membership ends on its stated date. Apple purchases, refunds, restoration or cancellation do not change that grant. Granted coins have no cash or transfer value; membership expiry does not automatically withdraw coins already granted.
Guidebook generation shows its cost before confirmation. Failed generation does not spend coins; retrying the same request does not charge twice. Trial allowances are limited. Apple’s standard end-user license agreement applies to the app, supplemented by these service terms. Contact support@noonwake.com.
